Can you do Screw point conversion on any brand?

Yes we can do the screw point modification on any standard steel tip barrels of any brand and customs also.

Do I need to send all barrels for broken point dart removal?

No, just the broken one, unless you want all repointed.

Do I need to remove the points myself?

For the Screw Point Conversion service, it is helpful if you can send the darts without the points. But if you do not have the tools we can do this for you (free of charge) and return the old points. For other services, point removal is not necessary. Remember to use a point protector or wrap the points for safety when posting.

How long do your services it take?

Current turnaround, once we receive the darts is 2-3 working/business days.

Can you do soft tip conversions?

No. We don't currently offer this service.

Can I buy a set of darts to be sent to you directly to be serviced?

Yes. But please contact us first to make sure we know which darts you are sending and if the supplier uses Royal Mail for shipping.

With the Screw Point Conversion service, will I get my old points back after?

Yes. We always send all points and accessories sent to us back to you.

How do I place an order?

Simply use the the website. If you have a request that isn't listed on the website as either a product or service, please feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Are there discounts if ordering more than one product or service?

We offer various discounts on all services, generally for 3 or more sets, for instance on Screw Point Conversion, the discount is £5 off per set. Look out for seasonal discounts for products and services throughout the year.

Where do I send my darts to be serviced?

For all services (Dart Repairs & Modifications and Design & Customisation), send them via ROYAL MAIL to: PO Box 173, Blyth, Northumberland, NE24 9HE. If you need to send via any other courier, please contact us first as your darts my not get delivered to us efficiently.

Do you ship outside the uk?

Yes. We currently ship to UK, Ireland and most of Europe, the North America and Canada.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major cards, plus ApplePay, G Pay, PayPal and Klarna. You can even pay in instalments if you would prefer.

Do I pay to send my darts to you?

Yes. We recommend using Royal Mail and sending with a tracked service.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

It certainly is and in many cases it's more secure and safe than with cash in a shop. We've secured our website with high-end encryption. Always check for the padlock in your browser address bar.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Just the postage cost. We'll cover the rest, we're nice like that!

How do I return an item?

To get the process started, please contact us by emailing wtf@tigerdarts.com within 14 calendar days, letting us know what's wrong. We will then look into the best solution and course of action.

What happens if something goes wrong with the service and my darts are damaged?

We know how much you care about your prized possessions, we're skilled craftsman and take the utmost care when handling them. However, accidents do happen (very rarely!). We are insured, and where possible we'll replace like-for-like. If not possible, we discuss with the customer a satisfactory alternative.
