What this service does

We expertly remove broken dart points using specialised drilling tools. In some cases we may use controlled heat to assist with difficult breaks.

Important note about barrel coatings:
Some coatings (PVD, painted, anodised, dyed, etc.) may change colour or show slight heat marks after point removal. This happens because metal conducts heat along the barrel, and different coatings react differently. We cannot predict how a specific coating will react, and this is a risk with any heat-assisted repair.

Tips before sending your darts

Please include new points if you want them fitted.
Clean darts in warm, soapy water.
Pack securely with points protected.

Ordering Instructions

Make sure to include new points when you send your darts or order points at the same time of purchasing this service.
If the break is a particularly bad one or it’s previously been attempted to fix it, please contact us first with a photo of the barrel and break, equally, if you have any questions or concerns before sending your darts.
Once your order is placed, you will receive instructions for sending your barrels to us.
Please clean the darts in warm soapy water prior to sending.
Package them in a bubble wrapped envelope with the edges tapped and points in a point protector where required.

Disclaimer

Darts are not included - you will need to send us yours and make sure they are sent safely and in packaging to protect them. Guidance is included in the confirmation email you receive after ordering.

Occasionally we may need to use a glue to hold new points in place, this is due to points varying in diameter, usually between 2.3mm and 2.4mm.

We will not accept responsibility for anything damaged on arrival - All arrivals are checked, reviewed and logged prior to all services. We endeavour to advise on the arrival of any defects if we feel there may have been some damage in transit.
